"Exceptional Customer Service"

I just recently lost my father and was recommended kays for the funeral flowers,(not only did I get the best customer service I have experienced in my life time shopping),tracey gave me all the time in the world with advice on colours even phoning suppliers ensuring they could give me what I wanted, she was so professional and kind to me even when I was a blubbering mess!!

Wish the big superstore managers could visit this wonderful shop, this is what customer service is all about (maybe they could train their staff) I will certainly visit this shop to buy my shopping in the future,
