Yesterday i was returning a faulty online purchase in store, after quite a wait as only one assistant on till i was greeted by a lovely young lady about (12.30pm) she showed no signs of stress with the constant stream of customers. She was friendly, & could'nt help me enough especially when it meant doing something on my phone at one point i was then wished a good day. This showed me that Good customer service is still being taught and goes a long way, myself being in retail for many years. Well done New Look Ipswich..
