Anyone else having trouble getting someone at the end of the phone at Royal Mail, Ipswich? I keep ringing their 08456 etc number and their Ipswich number, and all I get is "there is no-one here to take your call, and you cannot leave a message. Please call back later!" UGGGGH! I cannot locate an email address or web address on ANY links, and am - as you may have gathered - just a tad frustrated. Hoping for some sort of reply - maybe even a verbal one - from the Royal Mail.
